Rental Payments

For your convenience, we are now accepting credit card payments.

Rental payments are due on the first of each month.

Payments received after the 6th will be considered late and be assessed a late fee equal to 5% of the monthly rent.

Payment can be made to the Turnquist rental office in person by check or money order.

Payment can also be mailed to our main office at Schnader Properties Inc., 5103 Harford Rd., Baltimore MD 21214.

No partial payments are accepted.
